Does it get more friendly and personable? No, no it does not. First time ever at Envive today and I am absolutely blown away by the level of service, professionalism, kindness, and overall care. I am beyond grateful for the team at Envive! My experience has been nothing short of life changing. I have struggled with, what I thought was Restless Leg Syndrome, for 6 years. So much so that I’ve had to take RLS meds to even fall asleep because I was tossing and turning so much from the nerve pain. I have always been apprehensive of chiropractors so I never considered that to be a solution. Recently, I started to experience significant lower back pain on my right side, where my nerve pain typically manifested, which is what led me to Envive Chiropractic. From the moment I entered, Molly greeted me by name before I even introduced myself. Dr. Synder took the time to listen to my problem and saw beyond the current pain I was having to the larger nerve issue. Treatment began right away and within two appointments I was completely pain free! Since then I have not been having any nerve pain and my RLS has completely disappeared, so much so I have been able to get off my medication. I am sleeping and feeling better than I have in years! Not only does Envive offer top notch care, but the staff there are extremely personable, compassionate, and professional. They treat you as a friend from the moment you enter. Any apprehension I may have had towards chiropractors has disappeared since I started going to Envive. I have never felt more seen or heard regarding my discomfort. **Update**June 2024 - I have been needing work done and had been visiting 2-3 times a week for the past couple weeks. The staff is quite friendly and willing to strike up a conversation while we wait (wait is typically only a couple minutes). I mentioned it was my daughter’s birthday, and we were going to have a special event later that evening. After my adjustment, heading to the pay counter, I was surprised with a cupcake from Oh My Cupcakes! The staff stated it was for my daughter! What an awesome surprise!December 2023 The future of Chiropractic! I love that one of their beliefs is that they believe in walk-in appointments! I so needed this last week - and Envive has gained a loyal patient! I feel so much better - and the service is like nothing I have ever experienced at a chiropractor E.V.E.R.Personalized greeting, quick attention, hanging coats, opening doors, this place has it all together! Staff really exhibits a truly genuine culture of care and positivity! And the personalized care is again second to none from my experience! Dr. Cole Snyder and his team are excellent. I have been dealing with extreme neck (migraines) and back pain after our 3rd child. Dr Snyder took the time and his knowledge to help with this pain. You can tell he genuinely cares and is passionate about his work. The office is clean, well managed and runs smoothly. The team is so welcoming and as a mother of 3, it’s important that not only I feel welcome but my children do too. They have gone above and beyond to make sure while I’m getting an adjustment, that my children are safe and entertained. I honestly will not be going anywhere else for my chiropractic care. Envive chiropractic has set the bar high. I appreciate their compassion and hard work…it really shows when you visit!
