Long review, but worth reading.I had a deeply positive and empowering experience working with Sonya. She is knowledgeable, calm, and incredibly attentive, and she creates a space that feels safe, respectful, and unrushed. From the beginning, it was clear that she practices with both clinical excellence and deep care for the whole person.Sonya is an excellent teacher who explains what’s happening in the body with clarity and compassion. She guides each step thoughtfully, honors pacing and consent, and knows how to gently encourage progress without ever pushing. The breathwork and regulation-focused approach made a meaningful difference for me, and I was genuinely surprised to see how restorative the session was — even my OURA Ring reflected a significant period of deep restorative time during our work together. INCREDIBLE! That felt like powerful confirmation of how safe and regulated my body felt in her care. The process has felt challenging in some ways, surprisingly easy in others, and overall incredibly rewarding. I’m honestly shocked by my growth and deeply encouraged by what’s possible. In addition to her skill as a clinician, Sonya is also very well connected in the area — her referrals are thoughtful and top tier, which speaks to the level of professionalism and trust she brings to her work.I left feeling more connected to my body, more informed, and genuinely grateful for the experience. I highly recommend Sonya to anyone seeking pelvic floor therapy that is both highly professional and deeply compassionate.
