The price was exactly what they said, plus our street-legal upgrades and tax.Everything was smooth, easy, and way less stressful than I expected. I'll be honest my 1st visit here was a terrible experience ,I was told to junk my old EZGO, I was stunned, being a parts guy myself, that is not how you treat customers, they are the people that spend the money to keep the lights on and employees getting paid , I was so hurt and angry I called the manager, and told him what I stated above , I didn't want the employee fired ,but I did want him to know that not everyone has 10 thousand dollars to buy a new cart , It was busy when I was there and stepped away so customers that knew what they wanted could be helped ( hey I know what it is like) so I got the few things that I really needed and I left ,and decided I would stop by a different day and give them another shot, well I did go back 3 weeks later that same parts guy was willing to take more time to look up the parts for my 1985 EZGO and he was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable in helping find parts for it even though he knew he wasn't going to have them and knowing I may go somewhere else, I did for a carb but I ordered the belt and brought the air filter, and he helped me get a proper wiring diagram, which was a very big deal , so yes I do recommend Premier golf carts .

I bought a pre owned Ezgo txt from Bryan. I love the cart and Bryan made the entire process go flawlessly. This morning I had issues with my charger. I texted Bryan, indicating that it was not urgent. I immediately got a text back saying he would replace my charger.Premier and Bryan are my new favorite golf cart store and golf cart sales person!
