Hey guys, as a single woman, that has owned a home for more than a decade, I know what it’s like to deal with contractors. This experience has not always been pleasant. Let me introduce you to the headache free way of improving your home. Whether you’re renovating, mitigating, remediating, or even modernizing, Contruction Pro HQ is the solution! They were a referral, by the way. So, let me explain… While Frank, the founder of Construction Pro HQ, was doing a walkthrough for another project of mine, he noticed a leak and the possibility of mold growth. Sidebar, his walkthrough was really an inspection, due to his keen eye for detail. Back to my story, that same leak was so-called repaired by another contractor within the last 2 months of Construction Pro HQ’s visit, and the possibility of mold was never mentioned…smh Frank went above and beyond by making me aware of the potential mold issue, and had it tested. The lab results confirmed his suspicious. This was definitely something that needed to be addressed right away. Contruction Pro HQ handled everything professionally. They suited up, remediated the mold thoroughly, and had the space retested to ensure the problem was fully resolved. Their efforts were a complete success! I’m relieved we are back in our home without concerns of mold and of course, better air quality for my family. Regarding the original project, that and future projects will be handled by Contruction Pro HQ.
