Spoke with both beau and Josh, incredible service, they were quick with the quote.Didn’t hesitate to run me though everything, nothing was to hard. Fast forward to delivery, hassle free process.That’s when I noticed something that wasn’t quite right, it’s late at night when the trailer arrived. Nothing could be done at this stage, it was gut wrenching to think I had spent this much on a trailer only to have a problem.Next morning I speak to beau, expecting a run around, that couldn’t be further fromThe truth.NT trailers went above and beyond arranging to have the trailer looked at locally, fast forward the trailer has had the issue fixed.The guys kept me informed, sorted out the repair and payments, in an ideal world things wouldn’t go wrong.
