So fast and efficient!! Had an "emergency" where my filling came out yesterday afternoon and was causing a decent amount of pain. Called this morning exactly at opening (9am) and they had same-day availability at 12pm and 2pm. I was able to be seen at 2pm!Spoke to two different people on the phone, didn't get either of their names but both were so warm and helpful!Gina at the reception desk was very welcoming and friendly! She greeted us immediately, and after our service, she even informed me (I don't have insurance) of their office's own dental savings plan which is a payment plan for a year and offers so many services includedI was seen by Natalie and Dr. Alex, both of whom were extremely patient with me. I have abnormally high pain sensitivity to cold and kept having to pause because the cold air was hurting. They adjusted by covering the affected area with gauze, which helped a lot! My tongue also kept getting in the way, so I was really sorry about that too :( They were very understanding and reassuring the entire time!They went above and beyond too! Natalie held my hand while I was getting the injection, as I had expressed my fear of needles. Dr. Alex massaged the numbing treatment into my jaw/cheeks (at least I think that's what was happening! The numbing was so fast, usually takes about 15-20 mins at other offices I've been to but it only needed 5 mins here) And Dr. Alex translated and explained everything to my mom in Korean! Thank you so much!!My appointment was only for a free consultation (which includes the x-ray and speaking to the doctor), but they were also able to remove my cavity and give me a filling right away! My sister, who referred me as she found this office from a search, said it was the same case for her when she wanted to check her wisdom teeth - she only had a consultation but they were able to start the procedure immediately (she opted not to because she was too scared to that day and made an appt for a few weeks later).Can't stress enough how convenient and stress-free the whole process was! Pricing was good too, as even without any insurance, my cavity filling was $250 (it was a pretty deep cavity, and in my molar too)Thank you again!! Highly recommend to anyone in need of dental services

The professionalism, friendliness and very informative of the staff and doctor. All very pleasant! Healthcare is not always the best but here they make you feel comfortable. From relining and x-rays to detailed consultations, everyone is kind and attentive. Dr. Kim is truly talented with cosmetic treatments. Best choice in the Ontario area for dental needs!

The front desk lady was very friendly. And the hygienist was nice and she cleaned my teeth very gently so I felt comfortable during the cleaning. I am very pleased with the experience at Haven Cosmetic Dentistry & Implant Center .
