I recently bought a new home from SR in Athens. The home is well constructed and thought out. The customer service from pre-closing until now (4 mos later) has been great. if I call with a question or minor issue someone always picks up the phone and addresses my concern immediately. I would specifically mention Joseph and Matt as great ambassadors and representatives for SR.

Yellowstone Farms is a wonderful small subdivision to live in. It's small, quiet, friendly, and very well maintained. The floor plans are stunning and all ranch style homes, which is rare to find.There are only a few homes remaining, I recommend you reach out to Tristan and Dallas. Both are outstanding agents that are very knowledgeable on the subdivision and builder.
