Very easy booking process. Katie turned up on time and got on with the job. Oven was very bad, but she beavered away at it and after almost 3hrs, it was sparking and looked like new. She also did all the shelving racks inside. All mess cleaned up and left area clean as found. Highly recommended. Many thanks
