Katie arrived promptly. She was friendly, polite, respectful and efficient. I was happy to leave her in the house to get on with cleaning the oven. She left it sparkling, turned it all back on and even set the clock again! Apart from the clean oven, I wouldn't have known she'd been. I'd recommend, without reservation. Thank you!
