Sebastian did an in-person consult with us to check our home, and took the time to go over all our installation options with us. Ours was a trickier installation as it involved tight spaces in a finished basement, but he and his team did a fantastic job. After the installation was complete, he went over everything with us including how everything worked, what we needed to check, and what we could expect going forward. They were professional and courteous, and the place was spotless after they were finished. A great job by a great crew of guys.

Sebastian and crew did an awesome job ! They arrived at the day and time they said they would . They were very polite and friendly over the 3 days they were in our home . They placed drop sheets around the work area and were very conscious about clean up at the end of each work day . The inspector commented their work more than met standards . Within 24 hours of the system starting our Radon levels dropped from 350 to 74 . I would recommend Parkland Radon to anyone who needs Radon mitigation. March 2026Parkland Radon are professional right from the start. I contacted them to come and do an assessment on my home. They returned my call quickly, set a date for the assessment, They kept in contact to insure the date and time were still suitable. Upon arrival they were very friendly, professional and went through the process needed to set up the mitigation system. Before that day was over I received a quote outlining in detail again the process with costs. It was very reasonable and we proceeded with the project. Again another date was set up and they were here right on time. Again very friendly and went right to work. They had many drop sheets to cover all my carpet exposed to the work area. They completed the job in the time line projected. They cleaned up from the job to a point you would never had known they were even here. Very clean. The job was done to the highest of standards. I definitely have and would recommend Parkland Radon to complete your radon mitigation.- Warrren

Lucas who installed the mitigation was very proffessional, he manage to install the mitigation very neat and able to run the pipe outside without cutting open the drywall, and i must say they are very respectful for the house, they even run a cloth from the door down to the basement for them to cleanly transport their things up & down, clean install start to end.
