Sebastian and crew did an awesome job ! They arrived at the day and time they said they would . They were very polite and friendly over the 3 days they were in our home . They placed drop sheets around the work area and were very conscious about clean up at the end of each work day . The inspector commented their work more than met standards . Within 24 hours of the system starting our Radon levels dropped from 350 to 74 . I would recommend Parkland Radon to anyone who needs Radon mitigation. March 2026Parkland Radon are professional right from the start. I contacted them to come and do an assessment on my home. They returned my call quickly, set a date for the assessment, They kept in contact to insure the date and time were still suitable. Upon arrival they were very friendly, professional and went through the process needed to set up the mitigation system. Before that day was over I received a quote outlining in detail again the process with costs. It was very reasonable and we proceeded with the project. Again another date was set up and they were here right on time. Again very friendly and went right to work. They had many drop sheets to cover all my carpet exposed to the work area. They completed the job in the time line projected. They cleaned up from the job to a point you would never had known they were even here. Very clean. The job was done to the highest of standards. I am very glad that I dealt with Parkland Radon. After purchasing a house, I installed a radon meter in it. After a while, I simply could not believe my eyes - the meter showed an incredible 6200Bq/m3. I was going to install a radon extraction system myself, since I have experience in construction. While studying this issue, I found information on the Internet about the company Parkland Radon Testing and Mitigation. The guys immediately responded to my request and assured me that they would be able to install a ventilation system immediately, since the level of this harmful gas in my house is really threatening. The system was installed the next weekend. And you know what, I am very glad that I dealt with them. The work was done with the highest quality without noise and dust. The place for extraction and equipment was chosen professionally. The radon level dropped to 5Bq/m3 in less than three days!!!
