Joining the centre has been one of my best moves this year. Totally reignited my drive. Atmosphere is awesome, everyone is so friendly and supportive regardless of your ability level. Coaches Jonathon and Stallon are both super knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely reccomend!

The calisthenics classes in Kitchener Waterloo is a game changer. From the expert coaching to the management everything is made super simple and easy to learn while having fun. The value I have received from it is incomparable to any other gym that I have been to especially because I am a beginner. They train you from scratch and help you along the way. I would definitely recommend this to anybody

I sustained an injury that Johnathan dismissed as "just pain," insisting there was a difference between pain and injury. Instead of encouraging me to rest, he insisted I complete our workout on schedule, and promptly. By that afternoon, I could barely walk or carry even light objects because the injury had become severely aggravated.I appreciate persistence, consistency, and trainers who encourage clients to push themselves, but listening when a woman tells you she's hurt or in unusual pain is just as important. I’ll be looking for female trainers once I can walk comfortably again - it’s been three days of immobility.Don’t be like I was and trust your trainer to know what’s best for you - on some days the best decision you can make is to stay home! Regardless of whether your trainer is “mad” at you for it.

Join this gym if you wanna get stronger and do cool things!!! The structure and consistency of the classes along with the encouragement and coaching in small groups allows people to get to their goals much faster than in a traditional big chain gym. Highly recommend!

I’ve been training here for the past few months, and the progress I’ve made has been amazing. Coach Jonathan and Coach Stallon are incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, and always push you to do your best. Wonderful experience being part of the team at TCC.Coach Jonathan is very knowledgeable and trains everyone according to their goals and levels. Good community where everyone pushes the and encourages the teammates so it makes more enjoyable and motivating to attend classes.Would definitely recommend if anyone wants to get in shape or try calisthenics for the first time.
