A big thank you to Jamie & Dan who fitted a new extractor fan in our bathroom today. We’ve had ongoing issues with extractor fans breaking but Jamie and Dan took time to resolve the issue and done a fantastic job. Jamie and Dan are very knowledgeable and explained what has been going wrong with our previous fans and so fitted a fan that is a lot more powerful and ensured that what was causing the previous issues was fixed.Would highly recommend and will be using them for all electrical issues in the future! I took down the existing ceiling light and found some unorthodox wiring which, as a basic DIY guy, I was a bit baffled by. It did not follow anything I had seen on the internet. I didn't want to take any risks so I called JJB and Jamie came to sort it all out very promptly. What a nice bloke. He wired up the replacement pendant for me and even hung our new light shade to that light and a second one to another light in the house. Excellent job. We'll be calling JJB in future. Absolutely spot on from start to finish. After an initial (and very reassuring) consultation with Jamie and Dan, Ian and Jamie (no.2) came and delivered a perfect total rewire with us still living in the house! Polite, thoughtful and tidy, these guys went over and above to make our lives as comfortable as possible under pretty difficult conditions, creating the least damage possible to walls, ceilings and floors. Furthermore, they went on to make good all areas, ready for us to redecorate. Was struggling to find a good electrician until now! Saw the company advertised, rang them and was sorted in less than a week. Amazing guys! Let me explain. After seeing the company advertised, I rang them and they answered the call politely and professionally. I explained my issue and they managed to find a suitable slot shortly after to both provide a quote and then to actually carry out the work. Arriving both times, on time! They guided me on what extra bits to buy and what to have prepared ahead of their visit. They were so easy to communicate with and kept their word on deliverables. During the day of the actual work, they were again very professional, understanding and their expertise shone through.
