Thank you for helping me in a time crunch when my house was being sold and my stress levels were through the roof. The roof looks beautiful and the house sale went through great.

We had to replace the underlayment of our roof and also repair some drywall where we experienced leaks during a couple of storms. Pricewise, from the companies we interviewed, Tacheny was in the upper mid-range. One of the reasons we opted to go with them is we have Solar panels and they have their own Solar contractors to remove the panels. That saved us about 2K based on pricing from Solar companies that do the same work. There were a couple of issues we noticed after the initial roof repair was completed. We talked to our site manager, Mahkobi, and he looked over the areas of concern and got those fixed. The drywall repair was exceptional and there were no issues whatsoever. Even though we had to address some of the roofing issues, I felt the office and site manager kept us in the loop, listened to our concerns and addressed the issues to our satisfaction. I would recommend this company for any exterior work you might need on your home.

New roof. Fantastic communication with Jarrett!! Worked well with insurance. Ended up with a way lower insurance rate after the roof replacement. No surprises on the price or installation. Still able to reach if needed.

Brian from Phoenix Exteriors came out for a free estimate to check if I had Ice Dam damage from this winter. He said i did. He told me how it happens and what to do to prevent it. He checked my roof inside and out and said the roof is not a problem. He didn't try to sell me anything, just gave me the facts and advised I get the small amount of mold from the winter, cleaned up, which I did. He even had a recommendation for that. Brian was very knowledgeable and up front about everything. If my roof ever needs attention again, I will not hesitate to call Phoenix Exteriors. Thank you very much for your professionalism and your thoroughness.

Phoenix helped me fix several issues in one job last year without raising the price for each one. Their employees communicated and worked well as a team. Brian used a heat detector to discover the location of a small roof leak. Robert coordinated the job and was also in my attic attaching exhaust ducts to roof vents. The roofers and their cleanup crew left my property cleaner than before the job started. Michael got my solar panels working again by finding and fixing an unsafe electrical issue in my meter. All my questions were answered with great detail. My job was small compared with most of the jobs Phoenix does, but I was treated fairly and the work was done on the exact estimated timeline. I was not put off so they could squeeze in more solar jobs before the tax credits expired.
