From start to finish of this project the staff and workers were great. Michael explained everything in detail when we went up to look at the roofing. Then Brian went over all the details of what to expect and how the roofing is going to be done. It helped us to understand the process more clearly so we felt more relaxed. Frank was the overseer who came and made sure everything was up to speck and done properly. All the workers were polite and the clean up was done great. Thank you to everyone on this staff we love our new roof. Highly recommend Green Collar to anyone looking for roof or siding or gutters repair.

This is the first time in 20+ years that we've read: "Your satisfaction is our top priority" and actually BELIEVE IT.They really DO care!We began with Michael Cohen (who is probably a brother or cousin of CEO, David J. Cohen?) which would make a whole lot MORE sense because family owned and run businesses are still the absolute "cream of the crop." But, either way...Of the four companies we received bids from, Green Collar stood head and shoulders above the rest. Michael conducted the most thorough analysis of our roofing situation and concluded that: the chimney needed repointing and there was a broken supporting rafter. No one else noticed.We explained our goals for the project and he LISTENED.Despite a tight budget, we wanted to have the attic re-insulated and new gutters installed, in addition to an entirely new roof.He came back with a gorgeous proposal which was so comprehensive that we immediately concluded GC was unaffordable (without even looking at the bottom line!)After receiving the three other bids, we revisited the GC proposal and found, to our delight and disbelief, that we actually could afford it.Thanks to previous projects, we were concerned about communication with the team that does the actual installation. No need to worry. Andy, Juan, Luis, Pablo and Telmo did an excellent job!Communication on all fronts was outstanding thanks to Michael, Brian, Franklin and Frank, who guided the project from start to finish. It all came together, seemingly effortlessly and we were STRESS FREE.During demolition, a crack appeared in the kitchen ceiling. The very next day, Pablo was on it, doing the repairs. By the end of the day, it looked as good as new. Workmanship all around is top notch.Within the span of just two days and two hours, the entire project was completed and we have a beautiful, well vented roof, restored chimney, much better gutters and most importantly, an attic that is so nice and DRY that you can smell the wood and not the mold.Clean up was incredible: all debris is gone and leftover materials were taken away.When the project was finished, Frank came back to conduct a complete walkthrough and make sure that all promises made in our contract were kept.We couldn't be more pleased and highly recommend the Green Collar Team.Thanks to ALL!Janine & Eric Herman

We recently used Green Collar for a second, much larger project than our single door replacement last year. We had damaged, weathered composite wood shakes on one three-story side of our home replaced, as well as three 30+ year old windows and both front and back doors (back door included a storm door). Not only was the job finished earlier than anticipated, but the quality of the work and the dedication of the crew was amazing. The new shakes matched the profile of the rest of the house, and the new windows were seamlessly integrated into the existing ones on this side by uniform new metal trim on all windows. The classic black entry doors are a huge transformation; Mike Cohen's design suggestions here were really helpful, and we couldn't be happier with the end result. We financed this project and the terms worked well for us; the approval process was fast and easy. We are already anticipating a third project with Green Collar--zero hesitation in using them again!

Awesome experience !! I was very worried and Green Collar put my mind at ease. Very nice people from Travis in Sales to Brian Job Manager. The roofers were a nice bunch of guys, kept me appraised every step of the way. Came when they said, job done in one day and cleaned up so well you wouldn't know the roof was replaced. Would recommend them to anybody.

We had ice damming this winter for the 1st time since we purchased this house in 2014. I knew people who had used Green Collar for ice damming issues, and they were every bit the contractor I was led to believe. Showed up when they promised, took care of the issue, cleaned up well, and the issue was solved. Will have them back to bid for additional remediation. Thanks very much

This company did a helluva job in putting gutters in the rear of the house. I was impressed with the drone that took pictures to ascertain if there was any damage if any to the roof which indicated a pipe needed to be painted due to rust. It was also recommended that I got a mini roof replaced. The recommendation from this inspection, saved me from future headaches. It did not break my pockets, and I did not have to clean up anything.Thank you so much for the professional and pretty.outcome . I will highly recommend your services. Thanks again.
