I had a forklift that had too much engine oil in it and needed to drain it ASAP. WCMH was able to send Richard out the same day right after I called them for service. Richard came and fixed the problem in no time. He is extremely knowledgeable on forklift and I felt like I can trust him on this advice. I am scheduling for an inspection/ tune up for my other forklift. I would recommend them.
