I need to share that she was excellent in every way; responsive in both getting back to me and following through on what she said she would do. She moved things along, but was never pushy, just making sure my needs were met.Billy came out at the time period Ally said he would, and went straight to work. Besides reattaching the gutter, he conducted further inspections to ensure there was no blockage in the gutters. He was easy to communicate with.They gave me a price range for the expected work before I agreed to hire them, and the charge was exactly what they said it would be.
