Griffin Plumbing showed on the date stated and on time. The Technician went straight to work removing old plumbing fixtures and he cleaned the work area as he worked. In order to minimize the time without water the technician performed all work that didn't require the water to be off first. This was very thoughtful thinking and allowed other parts of the house to still be functional. As in about everything else today the parts/fixtures are most expensive than they were a few years ago, but that's nothing the plumbers can control but Griffin Plumbing labor is very reasonable, and actually a little lower than many plumbing companies. I definitely recommend Griffing Plumbing to handle all your plumbing needs.

Update: They informed me that the missed detail was an oversight and they came back and fixed it! Upgraded to 5 stars!They installed natural gas lines for the stove, tankless hot water heater, and fireplace. They also installed the tankless water heater and connected all the water lines in the house. Overall, they did a great job and cleaned up behind themselves. There was one minor detail that I mentioned but was left undone. I am satisfied with their work.

Justin & his crew did a terrific job identifying the underground water leak with pipe running under my driveway, since my house is on a slab.He determined the most cost efficient way as well any future issues was to run a new water line through the grass & enter through the wall & installed a junction box with a shut offand a hose adapter for outside water.They were on time efficient and did a thorough clean up.Highly recommend!!!

There is no question that Griffin Plumbing is the best plumbing company around. I have had many plumbers throught the years, some good, some just ok. But Justin and Griffin Plumbing are the BEST EVER. They are quick to return your calls and requests--which is something I haven't found other plumbing companies to be very good about doing. Everyone is busy--I know plumbers are certainly in high demand. But, Griffin Plumbing has always rushed over to help me out at a moment's notice--be it emergency or a routine need. I asked for help late Friday after working hours--didn't expect an answer until maybe the first of the week, knowing how busy everyone is. But I got a call on Sunday and they said they would be there first thing Monday morning. Noah came exactly when he said he would, got things fixing quickly, left everything clean and neat and explained things well. The price was very, very reasonable, and he was a perfect gentleman. I cannot recommend them more highly.
