Andy Hurley was our realtor for two properties that we owned. One was our home in Bryan and the other one was some acreage in the country in Hearne. Andy is a very friendly and knowledgeable person and makes the whole process of selling real estate very relaxed and effortless.. Andy goes above and beyond to make sure all of his clients needs are met. Andy’s business ethics are beyond reproach. I would not hesitate to recommend Andy to anyone in need of a realtor.

Andy is very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me and my husband with the process of buying our first home. What we thought was something that may not have been possible Andy helped us through many hurdles. He found the perfect home for me and my family. Whenever we had any questions he was there on the spot. If you’re in the market for a home Andrew Hurley is your guy!

Andy became our Realtor entirely by chance, and we couldn’t have been more fortunate! He graciously accommodated our last minute request to view a property and arrived fully prepared, knowledgeable, and ready to help. We ultimately purchased a property a little farther from our original search area, and Andy happily trekked through the woods with us, helping us explore every possibility. Throughout the entire process, from property showings to negotiations and all of our questions in between, he was patient, responsive, and genuinely helpful! An absolute pleasure to work with, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him!

Andy made selling our property easy and pleasant. It was on the market only a week or so and we had prospective buyers. Andy sorted through them and got us absolutely the best opportunities to review. Thanks Andy and good luck on your new endeavor!

Me and my wife had Andy as our realtor when we were looking at buying our first home. Let me tell you, this guy did everything in his power to help us. We weren't necessarily financially stable enough to get a house when he contacted us. But he stuck by us and helped us form a plan. We spoke on a regular basis for a few years and finnaly I decided to pull the trigger and start looking at homes. We thought it was going to be incredibly stressful but Andy guided us through the whole process. He does a good job of spotting the good and bad things with older homes. And he did a fantastic job of finding homes that we may not have considered otherwise. In the end he found us a great deal with a new-build. If you are looking for a first home, or even just to move into something new. Andy is the absolute man. He is genuinely a good human being and showed us kindness and commitment that went further than just simply being our realtor. Though we dont speak often, Andy has allways treated us like valued friends instead of simple customers.

Andy knows the local real estate market. Every time I get the chance to pick his brain, I learn something new. He's easy to work with and has a knack for asking the right questions that keep deals moving forward. I'd recommend him to anyone buying or selling in Central Texas.

Andy was my real estate agent when I was buying my Townhome. He was very knowledgeable about all my questions and helpful with any problems I had. He was also able to get me some money back for a few issues that showed up after inspection.
