In response to my inquiry he provided me with a highly detailed, written estimate and contract. The date of the cleaning was very important to me and Ernesto assured me that with my deposit I could be confident that his team of three would make our home “move in” ready. Wow! Boy did he deliver. The job was probably larger than either of us expected. His cheerful team was undaunted. Nine hours later, our home was shining clean and welcoming. There were challenges that come with the unexpected. The team cleaned and smiled and worked within the parameters of the reality of the day. My husband and I are forever grateful.

In a world of post covid mediocrity, you may wonder to yourself, "Does excellence still exist?". Enter Genesis Cleaning. Ernesto, Blanca and their family are impeccably thorough, professional and methodical in their work. Our house, as many desert homes are, is a museum of sorts. Filled with personal art and treasures that may not seem important to the untrained eye, but this cleaning team understands. They treated each collected pinecone and seed pod with the same care that they would an ancient artifact. What's more, they moved and cleaned under nearly all of my heavy furniture, dusted my plants, and I even saw them unscrew a light bulb for thorough cleaning and man does that room shine. I'm really unable to list here the details of the job they did because I have no idea how to clean this well myself. That said, having my house this clean brings me so much peace I could just kiss the floor and not get back up. Seriously, ten out of ten, would recommend this service. Top notch.

It was my first cleaning and I had them do a deep clean. It took them a while but wow is my house clean. The stove and oven look like new. I challenge anyone to do a white glove test. They are so professional. Very refreshing after past experiences. Asked good questions about many items to be sure they cleaned with just the right products. I highly recommend them…even after just my first cleaning!

Blanca and Ernesto are friendly and super professional. We started with a windows cleaning and were super impressed by the quality of their work, so we booked a deep cleaning of the inside of our home, and wow - our home is cleaner than I ever thought possible. We are now on the books for a cleaning once a month and super happy to have our home cleaned by them.
