Throughout the entire process, he was personally involved and actively overseeing the work rather than simply delegating it.What impressed me most was his commitment to quality and doing things the right way. He never looked for shortcuts and instead focused on both aesthetics and long-term functionality. He ensured the pond was easy to maintain, selected the proper pumps and UV systems, installed underground drainage to prevent water accumulation, and carefully leveled the surrounding area. He also ran a new electrical connection from the fuse box with all wiring neatly concealed beneath the lawn. Unlike similar work performed by a larger landscaping company in the past, everything worked flawlessly from day one, with no issues, leaks, or electrical problems.Ruiz takes tremendous pride in his work, and it shows in every detail. I had Ruiz Co. Remove an overgrown evergreen tree from my front planter bed. They did it very carefully to not damage my Japanese Maple or azalea. It was done quickly and the clean up was great. They also cleaned up my back yard. Did the hydrangea pruning and left my yard in good shape. Their rates are reasonable and their work is great.
