New to the area and dropped in to a class before deciding to join. Classes were well structured and ran smoothly, and Marsha had a scaling option for everyone. She was also very attentive and aware of movements both during the warmup and workout to ensure proper form and prevent injury. Looking forward to working out at Main Gate this summer while in town.

I just relocated to Corpus Christi and was really sad to leave my previous CrossFit gym in Seattle. A few friends of mine recommended Main Gate so I dropped in… they are very friendly! The coaches are great at instructing and explaining movements. The class sizes are smaller so they’re able to make sure you understand the workout and can give scaled options if you need to modify the workout. The price is very reasonable and the gym has everything you’d need, even if you were dropping in and doing a workout on your own. It’s also really easy to get to because it’s right off the main road the goes through Corpus. I’d highly recommend Main Gate if you’re looking for a gym in the area.

My wife and I attended a Saturday session at 10am. Coach (Tristan) was very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs as well as the class dynamic. Marsha was quick to answer any questions and get us signed up for the class. Workout was fun and had a great time sweating with other like minded individuals. I would recommend.
