We had a leak in our water heater. The service person came to our home to look at it. I was at work while my wife was recuperating from a knee surgery. My wife unable to go down the stairs with him, directed him where to go to find the water heater for his inspection. He went downstairs, found the water heater and the cause (The pressure valve). He repaired the cause of the water leak, took a video of the process, and showed it to my wife for her satisfaction. I say that is remarkable to do that. We are very pleased and grateful for the service. He actually came over within a couple of hours of my phone call for help. First Street Plumbing is our first call when every we have a plumbing issue.
