Karina, Dolman, James, and others were wonderful to deal with. Karina's knowledge about the business, and her professionalism are second to none. The crew (led by Dolman) were punctual, polite, and diligent. The quality of the exterior paint job was excellent. They showed up when they said they were going to show up, and they also cleaned the jobsite each night. Straight Line uses Sherwin Williams paint. We chose the Emerald line. Karina really seemed to want our business. We requested bids from five different painters. two never got back to us, one was crazy high. Karina took the time to listen to what we wanted, helped us pick colors and always responded to our messages in a timely manner. What really impressed me though was how quick she was able to do the job, and how quick they got it done without compromising quality.
