As someone who is just starting out on their fitness journey, Jkingfit is the perfect place to build your foundation!!My initial tour was with Jordi, who made me feel incredibly welcome from day one! 🤍 She always checks in with the girls to see how things are going. Such a lovely person!!The classes are perfect because they takeaway the mental load of figuring out what exercises to do. I’ve had the chance to train with Shan, Lexie, and Mari, who are all so experienced and VERY supportive. The coaches are wonderful and will guide you through every step of the way (with your form, alternative exercise, what area should be targeted).The entire Jking community is filled with strong lovely people! I’ve always felt safe around the place!

Honestly this is the most warming, motivating and rewarding gym I have been to. I really struggled with consistency in my routine and since joining JKing I’ve been able to commit to workouts that fit into my schedule but also meet the most incredible and motivating people while there. It’s not just a gym , it’s a community where results and friendships are built. I’m so grateful 🙏
