I couldn’t recommend Nick highly enough! I’ve been dealing with an ongoing neck and shoulder issue for over 10 years. I’ve seen a physio in the past with very little success, so I was honestly unsure whether physio would be able to help me.I’ve only had two sessions with Nick so far and the difference has already been amazing. He has managed to bring a huge knot in my shoulder down from feeling like a boulder to a rock, which is a huge improvement after dealing with it for so many years!As a remedial massage therapist myself, I really appreciate how knowledgeable, professional and thorough Nick is. It’s been great to have someone who understands the body so well and who I feel genuinely confident being treated by.He is also incredibly friendly and approachable and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. I’m really impressed with the results I’ve had in just two sessions and I’m looking forward to continuing my treatment with him.

Have had the most caring, professional and best treatment at Trucare Physio.I had had some anxiety due to previous treatment at other physios and from the get go, when I advised them of this, they have built up so much trust due to patience and understanding and helped me build good routines in caring for my health and I always feel in good hands.Particularly Kathy who was the first Physiotherapist I saw, has made me feel so comfortable, along with Anna who is a fantastic remedial massage therapist who sets the room like you are having a massage in a spa. After waking up one morning with crippling vertigo I googled who to go to and came across Trucare and Bhargav and I am so glad that I did. Bhargav was so knowledgeable, he ran a series of tests to determine the cause of my vertigo and determined the right manoeuvres to rectify my issue. He explained to me what was causing it and why, he was incredibly kind and patient and I honestly can not recommend him enough.Thanks to Bhargav my vertigo is now cured but I intend to go back for issues relating to my TMJ disfunction. The reception staff are also really kind and welcoming, it’s a fantastic clinic.
