Before joining Iron Tribe, I had always been active working out with weights, playing sports, etc. However, after turning 60, lifting weights the old ways took too much time. More importantly, it took too long to warm up and lift weights (waiting for machines or equipment to free up).I decided to give Iron Tribe a try since it is near where I live. I love it! I have been working out there 3 mornings a week (only miss a few times because of work). It is perfect for me: a great mix of strength and muscle building with a nice pace to keep the aerobic at a steady-state intensity going and my heartrate steady at elevated level.Even more important, the class starts on time and ends on time (60 min including warming up, stretching to start and cooling down and stretching at the end). I get my workout “out of the way” (more like starting with a first win right out of the gate!), feeling good, and am ready for the rest of the day!I strongly recommend it. I am feeling good hitting 62 in a week and Iron Tribe is a big part of it.Cheers!!
