I am quite please with the job Justin Summers and the crew had Connor Roofing perform in the installation of my new roof. Justin arrived on the date that I specified, did his inspection and then provided me with a thorough explanation of the problems with my roof and what needed to be done. The next day he provided me with an estimate that I found reasonable considering two other estimates I had been given on my. So I agreed to have the job done and he set up an appointment with my insurance company inspector to help him provide me with an estimate of covered damage. At the same time he brought me several large samples of shingle styles cell I could pick what I thought would match the bricks on my house. When the job was to be performed the first day they delivered the roofing materials& set them upon the roof with me barely noticing they were there. The next day Justin and the crew arrived at the specified time. I'd rather large crew than got to work and finished a little earlier than the time he had estimated. Rob Conner did a professional job with repairing my home due to storm damage. He replaced the roof, siding, facia, soffits, gutters, and downspouts. I also had kitchen walls and ceiling that were water damaged and had to be removed and replaced. He has craftsman (which are hard to find these days) that did quality work in a timely manner. I recently had my roof replaced, new gutters and gutter guards installed and fascia in the front of the house replaced. Scheduling was fast and easy and work done quickly. They are easy to contact when needed. What impressed me the most is all the roofing nails were picked up around the house. And I mean all of them. When I had a roof replaced 14 years ago with another company, there were nails everywhere for days. The new roof looks great and gutters too.

Conner Roofing was far superior to other companies I've used in the past. Rob Conner was a man of his word from the start on how well he would take care of my family and I and our home. The only true pain after being hit by baseball size hail and very strong winds was dealing with the insurance company who took close to a year to approve most, but not all, of the damage repairs. We got a new roof within a couple of months, but insurance delayed the rest of the repairs. The roof only took that long because of the insurance company. Suppliers were also having a hard time keeping up because of the widespread devastation in the area. However, Rob Conner and his crews put my house back together better than it was before as fast as the suppliers could get them the materials needed. They even took care of some repairs that insurance wouldn't budge on and completed and fixed repairs that my last contractor failed to complete or do properly. We got a new roof, new siding, new gutters and fascia, new doors and windows, and new wrapping around our garage door. I was told that my home and family would be taken care of from day one and we were not disappointed at all. This was all needed due to the second major storm to damage our home just one year after an EF1 tornado had damaged it. I truly thank Rob Conner, the company's staff, and all the laborers who helped put my home back together and who treated my family with such kindness.

I called Conner roofing to fix some fascia on my daughters house. Stephen came out to look at the job. He also went on the roof to inspect it. He found multiple hail damage from storms earlier that year. He also suggested that he look at my house since it was in the same area as my daughters. He found damage on mine also. He helped with the entire process from documenting damage, helped submit to insurance, and then followed up with insurance to get final payment for extra work needed. He communicated with timing and process of everything. I would highly recommend this company. Ask for Stephen Johnson. He was very helpful on the entire process for both of the roofs they did.
