Everything went very smoothly and looks amazing, like it had never happened. Everyone employed by this company is professional and lovely to deal with. They are incredibly upfront and honest. Connor roofing did an amazing job at my house after the tornado hit us in March 2025. Their team was on site the day after the tornado to tarp our roof and start working with our insurance agent. Without their help, no telling how the repair process would’ve went. Thankfully, we had Connor roofing on our side. They installed a full new roof, all new gutters, soffit, facia, and siding and it looks amazing!I would recommend Connor roofing to anybody that needs exterior service services!

I never made a claim for anythng at all. this was my first storm claim and i did not know the process so like any other person would do i did my research. I called 7 roofers before callin g my adjuster. Conner Roofing was my first choice afer the dust settled. I met with Joe E. who appeared to be very knowledgable but i coud tell he was a typical sales man but really liked what i was hearing at the time. he even met my adjuster at the property. I asked for a bid as if i didnt know if at first i would go through insurance or pay out of pocket. he didnt want to give me a bid until he know if i was going to insurance. when i asked why he said we bill the insurance diff. I was all in. I should have known from the first time when he told me i can be here with the adjuster anytime let me know. The same day I contacted the adjuster she told me she could come the same day because she lived in the area so I called Joe to see if he was availiable which he wasnt so i rescheduled until the following week when he said he was. he did come early by 30 min and sat in the car never said he was here i just so happened to see him on my security camera system. the adjuster came they agreed on everything.IT took a week of me constantly sending messages for me to get the bid even after he said we match the insurance. finally a week later i got the bid. I contacted and said this is not matching the insurance can you correct you are not including the gutter guards that are paid for and a few other things. i aslo inquired on discount for law enforcement which he said the company does so i really wa all in. I asked was that applied to the deductible or the final price. he said we can work on that knowing my deductible was 1% of $3670,00 and the adjuster was paying almost $18,000.00 for the total job.mention i had interior payment of $2,000.00 they do not do with an additional 500.00 to reset siding that was flapping. inthe end his bid ate up that cost and i would have lost that with out any of that work being done. i was confused and contacted him which he told me he was on his was to Nebraska and when he gets there he would send over the fixed quote. needless to say i am still waiting for that quote.Finally i got frustrated and contacted another Major company sent over my insurance quote and low and behold i got someone to come out the next day at 9AM.By 1PM i had a quote matching the insurance bid and getting upgraded workmanship that was longer than Conner Roofing along with upgraded Gutter thickness. not to mention i was speaking with the new roofing company salesman over the weekend because i told him my situation and he understod how this is a hug investment and customer satisfaction is a priority along with communication which i was not getting from Joe at Conner Roofing.I am able to get the same roofing material and work along with upgraded warrenty, gutters, and cheapoer lumbar and a way better more streamlined contract that is iron clad after running through AI who agreed that my new company superceeds Conner roofing by far. and not to mention i am getting gutter color at no additional charge. Conner roofing made the situation more stressful while my new company is taking the stress of of a first time claim.I can not speak for the rest of Conner Roofing Sales rep. but i can tell you Joe E. is not reliable as he comes off just a slick fast talking sales man. After reading so many of these online reviews for the negative i see know that i should have been skeptical and had done deeper research but rest assure i did just that with this company i have now. I even had a Attorney i know look over the contact from both and she stated she would not have signed the Conner roofing one with the way Joe E. had the contact and the fine print clauses.
