Overall, we’ve had a really good experience with this daycare. The staff are friendly and genuinely seem to care about the kids, which made it much easier for us to trust them with our child. It took a little time for our child to adjust at first, but the caregivers were patient and supportive during that transition.The facility is clean and organized, and there are plenty of activities to keep the kids engaged. We’ve noticed positive changes in our child’s social skills and routine since starting here.Communication is generally good, though there have been a couple of times where we wished for more detailed updates. That said, any concerns we’ve had were addressed when brought up.Overall, it’s a reliable and caring place for children, and we feel comfortable having our child here.

My son has been enrolled in ZCA since July and although it was the hardest - it was the best decision we've made in relation to his care outside of our home. What makes all the difference at this daycare are the people working inside of it. From the time you walk in, you are greeted by the super friendly gentleman at the front desk, then asked how you're doing by the friendly girls in the office and then of course the amazing teachers inside the Elephant Room. Communication was of highest importance to us and everything from the daily updates, to personal messages, to the in person chats - everyone is always willing to discuss any concerns, check up on your child, or just chat about their well-being. It is clear the staff adore our son and are always saying hi, asking how he is, and even checking up on him when he is out of school. Our little boy is almost 18 months and his development since being at ZCA is outstanding. Having your child in daycare is not always an easy thing, but the staff at ZCA in Mahogany go above and beyond to make the experience a very positive one.

We unrolled our 4 year old, 3 months ago at Zebra Crossing Academy. And we are very satisfied with the academy. Everyday we pick up our kid that is happy and have had a good day. We can also see that his English have improved significantly. Ramanik and RJ is always super helpful and smiling!

As a first-time mom, I was incredibly nervous about leaving my 18-month-old at a daycare. However, from the very beginning, the staff at ZCA went above and beyond to make our family feel comfortable. The admin, RJ, and Miss Raminik were so reassuring and provided me with frequent updates on how my son was doing. They truly made sure he integrated well. I was particularly touched when my son had a difficult day, and RJ took him under his wing while making him feel safe and cared for.Miss Ishita and Miss Ritu have created such a warm and nurturing environment. Beyond his teachers, all the staff are so kind and make a point to say hello and goodbye to my son, making him feel right at home. I’d like to give a special shout-out to Miss Nawal, Chef Archie, support staff Miss Ivy and Miss Aliya, and many others who are so welcoming every morning at breakfast.Moving our son to ZCA has been a fantastic experience for our family. He has grown so much in confidence and independence in the few months since he started. He now runs to the door when we arrive and waves goodbye once he's in his classroom. Some days, he doesn't even want to rush home because he's having so much fun with his class. We are so impressed with what he's learning; he can now count in English and Spanish and knows the days of the week.

They have a true open-door policy and have always made time to work collaboratively with us on solutions that are in our child's best interest. My son started at ZCA - Mahogany location when he was 1; he will be turning 4 soon. In the 3 years he has attended the facility, he has never complained about going; rather, it has been the opposite where he runs into the room and looks forward to the day. The educators in the rooms have the children’s best interest at heart and the supervisors are always there to answer questions or concerns. We look forward to having our second child attend ZCA as well, because we know that they will learn a great deal about their independence and the educational environment.
