Brittnay (the owner) and Robin (who did my work) felt like two sisters I’d known forever—even though we had just met. From the very beginning, they were genuinely approachable, easy to talk to, and they actually *listened* to what I wanted and the results I was hoping for. They even got me scheduled for the very next day so it fit my schedule, which meant a lot. The whole experience felt more like spending time with friends than dealing with service providers—there was laughter, comfort, and a sense that the focus was truly on *me* and the quality of the service, not just rushing through a procedure.To be honest, I can’t remember the last time I felt like I mattered this much as a client anywhere else I’ve been. And somehow, the pricing was even better than the experience itself—which says a lot, because the service was excellent. After being basically pushed aside by Ideal Image once SEV Laser took over, and seeing the price gouging that came with it, I really didn’t think I’d find a place that offered both high-quality results *and* fair pricing. But I did. After this, I won’t have to search anymore—because I’ve found my home for all my image needs. And as a bonus, I feel like I walked out with two new friends, too.

Carol is amazing! She's professional, precise, and truly cares about her patients. My Botox results look natural and flawless, and the filler she added to my upper lip looks absolutely perfect. Her technique made it non painful and was a 10/10 experience. I will most definitely be back!!!

Ultra clear laser, it was great! I really didn’t feel anything, they numbed me then did the treatment. Sharon and Brittany were great they explained everything to me and I wasn’t even red after the procedure. Thanks so much! I will be back!

I had my initial consult with Sharon and she was lovely. I was looking at weight loss and wanting something different than my current weight loss program and she spent the whole time learning about me and what I wanted. Pricing for meds seems reasonable and they even offer third party financing! Which helps make it more affordable!Would definitely recommend!!
