Dynamic Septic was AWESOME to work with. We were staying on private residential property in our RV. We couldn’t find anyone to pump out our black tank. I called Dynamic Septic and they said they could be out same day and the price was reasonable. The guy who came out was super friendly and very helpful. I have had a great experience so far with Dynamic Septic. They are the most professional and responsive septic company i have dealt with in Will County. Great customer service. Dynamic answered the phone when I called. (The first two companies that I tried didn't) Since I was available on the day I called, he dispatched Rick to my home within the hour. Rick is an outstanding representative of the company. He is knowledgeable, friendly and walked through the entire process with me. He made quick work of it all while giving tips to do some preventative maintenance for the longevity of my septic tank and field.
