I had the pleasure of working with a representative of BroadZero named Kevin Schroeder. Kevin is very knowledgeable, very patient & fights hard for his clients.I started looking into Medicare around September or October of 2024. I explained to Kevin that I will be turning 65 in March, 2025, but I wanted to start getting info on Medicare. He explained the type of help BroadZero offers & then explained Medicare. After giving Kevin my info, including doctors & prescriptions, he sent me a list of medical plans that would benefit me. Kevin gave me time to review all of the info he sent & answered any questions I had.In the beginning of 2025, Medicare tried to automatically enroll me into Keystone VIP. I called Kevin, he checked to see if my current doctors are in Keystone VIP’s network & to see if my medicine was covered. He found that Keystone would not be a good fit for me because some of my doctors were not in the network.Once I picked a plan that covered my needs, I had a problem when I tried to get a refill on one prescription under the new plan. Kevin went above & beyond to help me straighten things out. He made so many phone calls to get an understanding why my plan was not covering the medicine. If he did not have an answer, he would ask his supervisor just in case he was missing something. He contacted my doctors office to help me get samples until the medicine problem was resolved. He found other agencies that would be able to help also.Kevin does not just sign clients up for benefits, he makes sure things are running smoothly & he is still a phone call away. He was there for me during a couple of meltdowns I had during this process. He did not abandon me when I needed him. I appreciate him so much & consider him a friend. Less

Amanda picked up my call when I was in a panic over my health insurance, and she calmed me down, she helped me with the application knowing I was confused on some of the questions, and I submitted it. I recently loss my husband. Then I had to get a secondary health insurance for me. Because I no longer able to be on his insurance. An I also needed more life insurance. To cover my funeral expenses upon my death. So my children would not be burdened with that expense. Nike & Mandee Bolletino are the absolute best at taking care of in need of insurance. Mandee got me the best secondary insurance for me. She checked to make sure my prescription were all covered under the plan. She got several choices to pick from. She told me which one she thought would be the best. Nick also did a great job. He got all of the life insurance company's with there rates & gave me a choice. But he also told me which he though was the best but that it was my choice. There was no pressure to buy. Just helpful concern to help me get what I wanted. But to get the best for me. I have used my new secondary insurance. I have no co- pay at the doctor, low cost scripts & no balance to pay at doctor visits, hospitals or test. My life insurance is good coverage at affordable cost each month. I never had to leave my house. It was all handled on the phone. So if you need health or life insurance. This is the couple to get. There is not enough space or time to say how helpful, which is a very insufficient word, when using it for how much Mandy & Nick did to make Medicare, especially the pharmaceutical side, so much more understandable & cost efficient for this retiree. If there are any folks better at this, & I speak from experience, good luck finding them. Your days of searching fir Medicare, etc. assistance can stop here - with just one phone call.
