This is not my usual chemist. I went to pick up a prescription here cause I couldn't find anywhere else that stocked it. They were very helpful on the phone and in person. The pharmacy was very busy but they gave everyone the time and attention needed. Much appreciated! Less

Always a quick in and out, always polite and the pharmacists always have time to answer any questions after (actually) listening to you first. Top place. I've got to add that last couple of times I have been met with attitude and do not try and order anything off of their website. It is live but according to them it shouldn't be. Go figure. Less

Brilliant pharmacy. Everyone is so kind and compassionate. The owners are lovely and all the staff get to know their customers. My husband is currently suffering from cancer and when I came in for a recent prescription I couldn't have been treated with more care and compassion, especially Steph who gave me a big hug. Have found the service at this pharmacy excellent over the last 4 years. An issue with a prescription finally resolved after much repeated discussion and a realisation that the missing meds were on their system. Most disappointing then that the staff and pharmacist think it is ok to make idle jokes about the customer especially when it turned out to be their mistake. One price of advice, if you must joke about your customers please keep your voice down. Less

I regularly use this chemist to pick up my medication💊. I've had one or two issues & apart from feeling staff didn't take the issue seriously enough 🤬 & feeling one or two of the staff members seem eh a bit "off" 😳 with me, the overall members of staff seem ok 👌 The Chemist is a really busy one as it's open 7 day's a week most month's until 10.30pm. You can pick up a variety of items from here. My only suggestion would be making sure all shelves are stocked!!! 😃 Less

Always plenty of staff on duty, at times more than one pharmacist . Definitely best pharmacy in area , open till 10.30 at night except sat & sun 9.30 . Check it out ,if you find better in the area please let me know . I believe I'll be waiting a long time Less

An efficient pharmacy with a wide selection of items in stock, possibly the best range in the area. The staff have always been helpful and meet any queries with a politeful manner. The pharmacists are knowledgeable and often more helpful than our local GP. Extended opening hours too, which compared to other local chemists, is a real bonus. However, my opinion of their delivery team is not as positive. I often see drivers in the local area park at the inconvenience of others and blithely contravene the Highway Code, especially the 20mph speed limit around Elliott Street. Less
