Disappointing service regarding phone calls. Both my wife and I use this dental clinic, and we both try calling separately, but it is almost impossible to reach anyone at the front desk. Even when we leave a voicemail, the response time is extremely slow. We are left waiting for a very long time without any follow-up.Update: I’m editing my previous review because the clinic truly listened to my concerns. After I mentioned issues with phone responsiveness, the owner reached out personally and ensured the staff addressed it. My last three calls have been handled perfectly and the service has significantly improved. I appreciate the team taking my feedback seriously!"
