We were very impressed with their engaging customer service ensuring we were informed on the progress of the repairs. Even more impressive was the final workmanship. I chose this company for our caravan renovation based on the reviews even though it was a long way for us to get there.Henry and Phillip were fantastic.Great service especially as our renovation was a small job and in the end it was a bit fiddly and it would hardly have been profitable for them.Highly recommend

Great service by the team at Western caravans. I emailed them about servicing my van and they replied promptly, were super friendly and helpful and I got booked in quickly. They helped me reverse the caravan in ( newbie) on the day and completed the service that day and sent me a text once it was ready. Honestly 5/5 for service, staff and even the price was great! Will certainly be coming back
