Cathy is truly amazing. I’ve been seeing her since July 2025, and she has helped me through everything from pinched nerves to muscle strains—every time, she works her magic with acupuncture. Her technique is excellent and virtually painless.She also offers additional modalities like cupping and electrical stimulation, where she connects electrodes to the needles to provide targeted stimulation, which really enhances the treatment. After the acupuncture treatment, she often incorporates gua sha, which helps increase circulation and adds another layer of benefit.Beyond her technical skills, Cathy is a wonderful listener and creates such a calm, safe space. She’s also very flexible and accommodating as long as you communicate with her.I’m still seeing her now as I prepare for pregnancy, and she’s been incredibly supportive—helping me relax my nervous system, stay grounded, and take care of my overall health.I truly can’t recommend her enough.

CB Acupuncture is AMAZING! I have been struggling with infertility for a long time, and acupuncture was recommended to me to help while undergoing IVF. I found CB Acupuncture on google, saw great reviews, and also saw that some insurances were accepted so I decided to call and schedule an appointment. I was hooked since day 1.Cathy is such a pleasure and she has taken the time to understand my needs and how to help through acupuncture. I have been seeing Cathy weekly since February and I strongly feel that her services are one of the reasons I have seen success in my IVF journey. Each session she adjusts which pressure points to focus on based on my cycle and my symptoms. I fall asleep each time because I am so relaxed and always feel my best the entire day after.
