I can’t speak more highly of HOF. I’ve been going for the last 3 years. Firstly, this is not your typical F45 or CrossFit style class. You are working with trainers who check-in with you at the start of every session and can adjust and cater for what you or your body needs on that day. Class sizes are typically small (1-6 people) so you get a lot of attention from the team (Dev, Josh, Jess). They are highly experienced (even overqualified), and give on-going guidance on form and technique to make sure you’re building strength in a safe and controlled way. Finally, it’s a really friendly community. Worth every penny.
