We first met Stephanie last year, and from the start, she was incredibly helpful and responsive. It’s been a pleasure working with her from day one to now, and we’re so lucky to have her as an experienced agent in the area with over 30 years of experience in Zacatitos! Thanks, Stephanie 😉

I bought a property using Stephanie I found her on line by coincidence I bought plenty of real estate in my life using different agents working with Stephanie was the best experience I’ve had buying a property especially outside of the US buying in Mexico can be a little bit tricky but she made it so easy and so smooth I had to write a review because usually I don’t have time or the patience to write reviews she was a pleasure to work with her and it’s even a bigger pleasure to write this review I strongly recommend to anyone who is looking to purchase a property in Cabo San Lucas call her and work with her. That’s the best decision you will make.

Stephanie Pepper is one of the best real estate agents we’ve ever worked with. When we decided to sell our house in Zacatitos, we immediately knew Stephanie was the agent to get the job done. Working with her was a dream. Stephanie is organized, professional and knows her stuff! Her extensive 20+ years of experience living in Mexico, buying and selling real estate adds tremendous value. She knows the local market inside and out and having an office in Zacatitos is invaluable. We highly recommend Stephanie and the entire Coastal Properties team.

Bitcoin is valuable and no one will give you for free. Bitcoin doesn't mine overnight although many people claim that, but it's not possible, otherwise they wouldn't be placing ads on Facebook for people to come mine with them so the best you can do for yourself is to invest with an accepted and financially secured bitcoin investment company that would grant you success & get your future secured. I just want to say how pleased I was working with Stephanie Pepper when purchasing my Cabo condo last month. Previously I had spoken with a few other realtors in Cabo but I did not feel that they really knew Cabo BCS. Meeting with Stephanie within a few minutes I knew she was the agent for me. Stephanie handled everything very professionally and saved me a ton on closing costs. I would gladly recommend Stephanie to anyone interested in Cabo San Lucas Real Estate.

We were very fortunate to have purchased a property here in San José Del Cabo. Thankfully as a direct result of the professionalism of our broker - Stephanie Pepper our experience was exceptional. She has a ton of experience in navigating any potential situation that may arise. She was straight forward and honest with all of her dealings with us. I highly recommend Coastal Properties of Cabo to anyone who is thinking of purchasing, regardless of whether you’re in the just looking phase or the ready to purchase phase.

My uncle recently bought a home in Cabo through Stephanie. The process was extremely easy and painless. He had said out of all the properties he had ever bought she made this purchase the easiest. He has been extraordinarily happy with the purchase. He had said things like she will make sure you make the smartest and best purchase. She will help you through every step along the way and it she really does help tremendously. She will make sure you have a great experience through purchasing property or a new home. She is the perfect person to go to when trying to make a purchase like this in this area.

My Dad and I wanted to thank Stephanie for all of her help selling our family's Baja properties. She made the process so simple and painless, we hardly even remember it happening! When you buy and sell property in Mexico, many people tell you what a "hassle" it is, and how hard it is -- and Stephanie proved them wrong!. Her knowledge and expertise helped make our transaction smooth and easy.Stephanie, you were such a pleasure to work with and when we buy in Baja again, you will be the only Realtor we would consider using. We will make sure to refer you to our friends and family who have interest, and we look forward to working with you again in the future!

Stephanie was very professional and helped Pauline and I in Zacatitos. She helped sell our original home in Zac, that we had for 25yrs. and then helped us buy our oceanfront lot. She recommended our builder and now we are happily living our dream. Thanks Steph!

After several years of vacationing on the East Cape of Baja we made the decision to purchase a home in the tight nit community of Zacatitos B.C.S. Through this adventure as future homeowners we were fortunate to meet the local realtor, Stephanie Pepper. Stephanie is the best realtor in the area because she is very knowledgeable, experienced, trustworthy, and a full time resident. Stephanie is the realtor of choice if purchasing your home in the East Cape.
