Albert did a great job at our inspection. He was very detailed in his report and pointed out every deficiency in the home. This allowed me to reduce the purchase price significantly.I was in a rush to get the inspection done before the due date and he was available the next day after I made contact. He even provided insight on how to do some repairs and what to really focus on to make the home safe. 10 out of 10! Will never use any other home inspector!

It was a pleasure having Al do our home inspection. He is incredibly thorough and transparent on findings, scope, and fee. Al went the extra mile to follow up on additional request we had after the inspection. I highly recommend B Sure Home Inspection Services for anyone needing a home inspection. We will definitely use them again if we have a need for a home inspection.

AL did a thorough home inspection and with nearly all findings being minimal and more home maintenance related gave me the confidence to proceed with the home purchase.
