I am blown away by the service Albert provides! His 5 star reviews are legit. He was so personable and such a pleasure to work with. You can tell that he really loves his job and really wants to do a great job for his customers. I had scheduled B Sure to inspect the main metal roof on my home before we paint it. When Albert showed us, he even walked me around my property, pointing out little things that would make my home even better, things I did not even ask him to inspect. He really just wants you to have the best experience possible. His drone technology is amazing. The pictures are crystal clear and you can see exactly where the issues are so that you can provide them to your contractors for repair. His report is very detailed, easy to read, and his recommendations are written in terms every home owner can clearly understand. He even helped me find local companies who would help me with the work I need to get done. Most people think of home inspectors only when they are buying or selling their home. Albert will make you realize, having a good home inspector you can rely on will only benefit your home owning experience. If you are on the fence, call him. You will not be disappointed.

Albert with B Sure Home Inspection Services did an excellent job with our home inspection. He arrived early, was extremely thorough, and took the time to walk us through what he was evaluating as he went. He explained everything in a clear, straightforward way that made it easy to understand what mattered and what was more of a "maintenance item".This was our second time working with Albert, and his consistency and attention to detail reaffirmed why we chose him again.The final report was well organized and easy to follow, with photos included for every item that was noted. Nothing felt rushed or overlooked, and it was clear he takes pride in being detailed and accurate.
