Albert was very knowledgeable and quite thorough. He actually saved my husband and I from making a mistake buying a "new construction" home that was in poor condition. Albert was prompt, actually early, and provided a very timely and accurate home inspection. Communication was excellent. I got the home, sewer scope, radon and termite testing. Entire process was easy to schedule and I received a very accurate report. He was not the cheapest, but I’m glad to have paid for someone to actually take a hard look at what I’m buying and be on the buyers side. Highly recommended.

This was my first time needing a home inspector and I feel like I made a great decision going with Albert. I will say it's not the cheapest option I came across(not overpriced either), but with how thorough he was, I know it was money well spent. I like that he actually showed us stuff he was seeing as he walked around doing the inspection. I don't know most of what I was looking at but if I had a question he had the answer. I even got the report before I got home that day. If you're looking for quality, be sure to hire B Sure!

Albert came out to do my home inspection on his day off so that I had it done before the house went under contract as I agreed to buy the property as is. He was professional, thorough, and checked everything in the house. His report had descriptions of what needed to be addressed along with photos. He also gave me a list of people to call for the work that needs to be done in the house. I highly recommend him as a home inspector.
