I hired Evan to replace an obsolete Federal Pacific breaker panel with a new up-to-date square d. The wiring in the FP panel was like the snakes on Medusa's head. I’m so happy to write this review. I am new to this area and needed an electrician . I read a next-door app positive review and decided to try EJM electric. What a great choice I made . Evan/ owner EJM promptly came to our home. Gave a reasonable estimate. Set up a time to start job. Did outstanding electrical work in a timely manner. He was very knowledgeable and offered great advice , was neat on the job and a happy person. As a retired home building remodeler I can vouch for excellent work when I see it. Can it be true that,Google five star reviews really work? Well, this is the perfect example where it does. I was in a bad spot because I had tenants in my house and the pool wasn’t working because the time clock went out. I talked to a couple other Electrical companies and not only did they not sound helpful. They wanted to charge trip charges and diagnostics. I get it, there’s expense in business and not everybody buys. But if you put your best foot forward, you’ll probably earn business right away. Evan Miller, the owner graciously accepted my phone call After 5 PM. He squeeze me into his schedule and got me handled even though his schedule was packed.His communication is top notch and his skill to hear what a customer saying, then carrier it out in the repair, is refreshing. Great customer service is not a thing of the past. Wish I could’ve given them 10 stars.
