Wow, I cannot begin to express how wonderful of an experience it was with Dr. Zoumalan. I was quite nervous about getting a procedure to my face, but from the minute I had the consultation with him, I felt an extreme amount of ease about it. He is one of the nicest Dr.'s I have ever experienced, and his staff was equally as wonderful. I couldn't be more happy with my results and will recommend him to anyone looking to do a procedure. I was born with ptosis in my left eyelid. It's been something that I've been self conscious about my whole life. Exasperated in photographs, especially when I smiled, I finally made the decision to seek out the right surgeon to correct my ptosis this year. I was referred by another surgeon who was a specialist in Blepharoplasty. I asked if he was going to have ptosis corrective surgery who he'd go to and Dr. Zoumalan's name was first (and only) on his list. That's all I needed to hear to investigate for myself. (Dr. Zoumalan also does Blepharoplasty) I was met with nothing but first class service the moment I walked into the office. The front desk ladies were all very kind and attentive. Dr. Zoumalan took great care in understanding my concerns, explaining the process, giving me options (awake or sedated) and overall being an honest, kind, and even humorous at times partner in this journey. His attention was on me and making sure I felt good about the decision with no pressure either way. (It took me nearly 2 years to get the surgery from consultation to operation due to my hesitation) The surgery was easy (I paid for sedation) and quick. I went home and rested, had a little pain the day of, zero bruising (I was lucky) and some swelling which only lasted a few days. I adhered to every request on the pre & post -op instructions and I believe that is what made the difference. Not to mention having likely the best in LA (Dr. Zoumalan) handling the hard part. The worst of it was just sleeping on my back for 10 days, which if that's the worst then I think I'm doing alright. Every step of the way I got a call from the office checking in to see how I was feeling, how I was doing with the post-op meds and instructions, same with the post-op. Service unmatched. At my post-op Dr. Zoumalan did a tiny adjustment telling me the next day I may see a need to adjust the lid manually myself but I did not need it. The job was done perfectly. The incision was done on the natural crease of my eyelid, which the Dr. told me in the pos-op appointment so it's not even visible. Like it never even happened. Finally, my eyelids are symmetrical and I can feel a level of confidence I've never felt before in my entire life. I am indebted to Dr. Zoumalan and his team and while I don't want to have to go back to him, I do wish I had an excuse to because they were all just so terrific and it's not often you are met with such a wonderful team and first class service like they provide. I literally can't say enough great things about this experience, Dr. Zoumalan and his team. I was and am very lucky to have been referred to him and I encourage anyone seeking to correct ptosis to give him and his team a visit. Less

I am beyond happy with my lower blepharoplasty with Dr. Zoumalan. My experience from start to finish was amazing. From speaking with Rania before my consultation, to the warm and welcoming girls at the front desk, to nurse Michelle (she’s great), and Dr. Zoumalan of course. Getting plastic surgery can bring on a lot of anxiety, but I felt like I could trust Dr. Zoumalan from the start. He is so genuine and knowledgeable, and he was so patient in answering all of my questions and concerns. My case was difficult due to previous under eye filler. But in preparation for surgery, Dr. Zoumalan dissolved my previous filler in 3 sessions over the course of 6 weeks to give him a “fresh canvas”. Then he did a lower blepharoplasty to remove my under eye bags and do fat repositioning, along with a CO2 laser to improve my skin. I could not be happier. I look like me, just refreshed.
