I had a session with Sar, and she showed me what true pilates is. Honestly, one of the prettiest Pilates instructors in Melbourne — but it’s not just about looks. She’s super professional, explains everything clearly, and makes the session very enjoyable.

After nearly a year at this studio I’m consistently impressed. Instructors provide clear cues, personal attention, and progressive classes that suit all levels. The studio is clean, the equipment well maintained and booking is easy. I’ve had better posture and greater body awareness. Love it here!

I got to know Villa Pilates through tiktok and decided to give it a try, and i'm glad that i did! The instructors are extremely patient and supportive, always encouraging us and paying close attention to our pace to adjust the exercises accordingly. I'm definitely looking forward to attending many more sessions!
