Myself Harnoor, I bought a BMW 320i from Paton Motors about two months ago. Jeff was the salesperson who sold me the car. Unfortunately, just five days after I bought it, the engine started making serious noises. I took it to a mechanic and was later told the engine needed to be replaced.I contacted the dealership by email, but they told me they were not responsible for the issue. As an international student, I bought this car with my savings and paid $10,000, so this has been a very difficult and expensive experience for me.Based on my experience, I feel I was not treated honestly, and I am very disappointed with both the vehicle and the after-sales support. I would not recommend Paton Motors to others. There are many other dealerships where you may have a better buying experience.

Purchased a BMW 330 from this dealership. Shortly after purchase I experienced severe suspension issues, abnormal tire wear, and concerns about repairs that were stated as completed. I contacted the dealership to resolve the matter but was not satisfied with the response and later when I got inspection done I sent them the report and got no response… for some reason the phone number posted also does not work. I recommend buyers get an independent inspection before purchasing.I have filled a complain with VSA, Will post the update here…. I never try to leave a bad review but seriously???? At this point more then angry or frustrated I am just sad… was so happy when I bought the car.

Jeff at Patten Motors is one of a kind I was recently in a situation with my car and Jeff personally ordered the part and delivered it to me at work when I couldn't leave. It speaks volumes about how he cares about his customers. Only having met Jeff a few months ago I cannot rave enough about his customer service. Any question anywhere, Jeff is always there and if he doesn't have the answer he will find it for you. We are lucky to have patient motors in Kelowna . Thanks Jeff!! Support our small businesses!

Formal VSA complaint filed due to ZERO support or response from Patton. Car lasted LESS THAN 2 WEEKS and wasted THOUSANDS of my hard earned dollars! I had an extremely disappointing experience with Jeff Patton. I purchased a vehicle that was quickly found out to have severe oil consumption issues, which should have been identified and addressed before the sale. JEFF and his shop have no excuse for this oversight. The car was clearly not properly inspected, and selling it in such poor condition is unacceptable. This was confirmed by professional mechanics at my local dealership as I had lost all trust in Jeff and his shop after their negligence. I have full email threads and proof for everything. This wasn’t just a minor oversight—it feels like outright deception. Jeff promised that it “for sure had an oil change” only to recant that when pressed over multiple emails. Yes I have email proof of EVERYTHING. Despite bringing the issue to their attention, the dealership offered no meaningful resolution or accountability. When I reached out for help, their dismissive attitude made me feel like I didn’t matter at all. I gave Jeff every opportunity to take responsibility but he wouldn’t. Unfortunately now VSA is going to be getting involved. What a shame. I strongly advise others to avoid this dealership—save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

I recently purchased a car from ADEL at Patton Motorcars. The particular car that I bought was not one of the cars on the lot, but rather a one owner BMW that was being sold privately by Adel.The car was 10 years old and did have some minor issues, however thee were no surprises. Adel offered full disclosure of everything he was aware of and after a 5 hour trip home I was quite happy with my purchase.I highly recommend dealing with Adel as I believe he genuinely believes in what he does.With that said, when buying a used vehicle of any kind always do your due diligence and make sure that you either know what to look for or have it inspected by someone who does.If you’re looking for a good used vehicle in Kelowna have a look at Patton Motorcars.

The sale was handled well and we are happy with the car we purchased for my daughter. However, the salesperson went over and above to reassure my daughter when an engine light went on briefly. She was going on the highway to Vancouver and made the trip safely. We were very grateful for the extra time they took to look at the car and reassure my daughter. All had been well since then. Drove two hours to look at a vehicle advertised on their website. When I arrive I am told it was sold a week ago. I was told their guy is on vacation. Call before going there, they may hear the phone over the music.
