Listen. I’m not doing this because he asked I’m doing this because he genuinely changed our experience and made me want to brag on him. If you go here and you DONT get Jacob as your guide I feel bad for you. He told us all about the river he made jokes and continued to reassure my family that we were safe and there was never a point on this trip where I was thinking “uh oh we are in trouble”. If the owner of the company ever reads this you need to give this hard working man some recognition he’s a great guy and very knowledgeable and you can tell he loves his job. The whole experience was great and it was a very smooth and fun day. All of the staff is incredible and this is easily the best white water rafting experience in all of Gatlinberg.

I chose this place to take my kids rafting for the first time it was an amazing experience. Our guide Bailey had so much passion for rafting that it was impossible to not feel the same passion by the end. I would defenetely recomend stoping here on your next trip to the smokeys

Highly recommended for anyone trying to figure out the perfect fit for their whitewater adventure. The staff was thorough and knowledgeable. We had Darryl B as a guide and would highly recommend him - he was calm and friendly - truly made you feel safe and that you were in good hands. I would absolutely come back again.

Had a great experience! It was most of my family's first time rafting. My 9 and 11 year old were very nervous, but our guide put them at ease right away! As soon as we hit the first rapid, they had a blast! We can't wait to do more rafting.
