I purchase a home in Wausau, but I currently live in a suburb of Chicago. My daughter felt on and off wetness surrounding the water heater. I called the first time and my neighbor turned off the water because no one had a clue as to how dangerous this was as this was a 2026 water heater. The next week, we arrived and could explain where we felt water more explicitly. They squeezed me in at the end of their day and fixed it with the faulty part right in the truck. I can’t tell you what a relief it was. Very nice guys!!! No mess to clean up. Truthfully, our plumbing is not the same in Chicago. They calmed my nerves.

Called for an estimate from Best 1, after waiting 3 weeks for an estimate from another company. Best - 1 came a day later and we had the estimate that same day. The price was very reasonable and the job was done the next day.

The guys at Best-1 plumbing are knowledgeable and were always friendly and willing to do the best they can to serve. Zack always responded to any questions or requests from me immediately even if he was working out of town on another project and all that for a fair price.

Excellent installation, but quite expensive. Five stars for the service, but four stars overall due to the cost. The technicians did a fantastic job installing my new water heater. However, paying over $2,500 for just new water heater feels steep. I am very happy with the quality of the work, but the high pricing makes me question if I would use this company again for future projects. Labor time was around 2 hours**

The company I had used in the past for my air conditioning unit couldn't even give me a courtesy call back. After 9 days of waiting, I decided to give Best-1 a call. I had an appointment the very next day. Chee, the service tech, was great and took the time to help, after a very long and hot day for him. He hung in there. A new motor was ordered and installed in a timely manner. I'll be sticking with this company. Best-1 has my future business. They were fantastic.

Called and you sent someone out in a little over an hour. My tankless water heater stopped working. He figured it out and then flushed the system for me since he had it all opened up. Super nice guy

We had a problem with our hot water heater, which was less than a year old. The technicians tried everything and then got a manufacturer replacement for the unit. Zach Pospyhalla was very helpful and his communication with us during the process were definitely 5 star
