I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Best-1 Plumbing and Heating. My furnace went out on a Sunday night and after talking to the on-call technician, I decided to have the service done the following morning. Nate was at my house at 8am and my furnace was fixed before 9am. He did an amazing job and took the time to answer all of my questions. I would absolutely recommend this business!

We were having issue with our well , we had first contacted another business to come out and diagnose the problem they came out and did some repairs that weren’t necessary and quoted us a crazy price to replace the pump. We called Best1 and they had someone come out to the house within 30 minutes of us calling. They were able to do the work the same night which it was already getting late.They got everything done and then we had some electrical issues. Zach went above and beyond to help us with the issue and even went out of his to help us find an electrician and even made sure we had water by the end of everything. Which he did not have to do. I would highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs. We will be calling them if we have any issues in the future. Pricing is also very reasonable.

I am fortunate to have found this plumbing business. Let me start by saying that my husband was a plumbing contractor. Since he died, there have been several times when I have needed plumbing services & really didn't know where to turn, as I never had to reach out to others for this kind of help. I couldn't be more pleased with Best-1. Their work & customer service are top notch. Everyone is so friendly & personable, especially Mia who answers the phone. She is always so understanding & treats you like she really cares about you & your situation. They are quick to respond. Earlier this Spring, I came home to find a water pipe had broken & it was flooding my house. It was after 4pm & they arrived within 30 minutes.Recently I had water leaking from under my furnace. It was after hours on Friday of Labor Day weekend. Mia answered & said all the plumbers had gone home. However, Damien, the owner, said he would come right over. He did & found the water was coming from my dehumidifier. He was so nice & kind about it. He didn't treat me like I was stupid at all. In addition, I asked him about when I should call to get my water heater flushed & he said he would do it right away, even though it was the Friday of a holiday weekend. He didn't act rushed or annoyed. And to top it off, I have never received a bill for that day.I think this is a business that is invested in their customers & treating them like they would want to be treated. I will definitely use them again when I have a need (although I'm not excited about needing plumbing services for awhile).

I had Best1 plumbing come to my home to diagnose a quick cycling pump issue. They replaced the pressure switch and pressure tank and afterwards told me the issue was external with a faulty pump or line leak to the house. They told me that don't perform the work needed and I would have to call a well company for the necessary repair. I paid their invoice for the items not needed and called a well company to make the correct repairs. Fast forward a year later the tank which they replaced failed and after several attempts to contact them they said they would have someone call me. Several weeks later they finally came out and replaced the tank that had a 5-year warranty from the manufacturer but I still received an invoice first for a tank that wasn't needed from the beginning and secondly that was under warranty. I spoke to Damien and he refused to remove the charges for replacing the warrantied tank and was irritated that I called to dispute the charges. I would not recommend this company to anyone at this time. Best1 under new ownership is not the company I once knew.

Was a 90 degree day and my AC was working hard, I noticed my AC drain line was clogged and therefore had to shut down the AC. I called Best 1 and Damien had me taken care of promptly. The guy that he sent to help was clean, polite, knowledgeable and friendly. I always receive this kind of service from these guys. I would recommend them.

I called about 7 plumbers in Marshfield and no one would replace the hot water heater for us. It was under warranty and was put in the house before we purchased the house. Therefore we had no clue where it was purchased. Best-1 plumbing was the only one willing to help and got us help super quickly. They will have a customer from here on out!!
