Very disappointed to learn they are no longer a small locally owned business. As a long time customer who had them do all our plumbing in our new house build and our commercial business plumbing needs we felt they were fair and did great work as Best 1, however we were not told that they were recently bought by ServPro when I contacted them 2 weeks ago to do a commercial install of 4 sinks. They did not inform me of the new company nor their new rates. I would have never agreed to them doing the work had I known this. Buyer beware, they are now charging outrageous hourly rates over the Best 1 rates, ($300ph) which is grossly above and beyond what is standard for our area. They also take twice as long to complete the work compared to other plumbers, making it cost double what anyone else would charge you. We actually had to close our business for a day and lost money, because they didn’t finish the job as scheduled, they did not arrive in AM nor did they call to explain why they weren’t there as I waited for them. They started 3 hours late and half the crew left midway through the job. Manager was very responsive and worked to try to resolve our complaints but solution was still not fair in my opinion. We can no longer recommend or use them for our plumbing needs.

The plumber that did my work was great.I was charged $80.00 for him to show up. $300.00 for a one hour minimum he was there 30 minutes. I was also charged $170.00 for four valves and four crimp fittings which is probably about forty dollars at Menards RidiculousWould not recommend .

Logan was excellent trying to work with Lennox furnace and putting in a Rheem A/C in. Hardest part was to get a thermostat to understand with different name brands to work together.

We had a new shower put in. They did the plumbing work. They removed a section of a hot water heater. Air was left in the line and we had no heat in half of our house. This was done with Mad City Bath & Showers.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Best-1 Plumbing and Heating. My furnace went out on a Sunday night and after talking to the on-call technician, I decided to have the service done the following morning. Nate was at my house at 8am and my furnace was fixed before 9am. He did an amazing job and took the time to answer all of my questions. I would absolutely recommend this business!

We were having issue with our well , we had first contacted another business to come out and diagnose the problem they came out and did some repairs that weren’t necessary and quoted us a crazy price to replace the pump. We called Best1 and they had someone come out to the house within 30 minutes of us calling. They were able to do the work the same night which it was already getting late.They got everything done and then we had some electrical issues. Zach went above and beyond to help us with the issue and even went out of his to help us find an electrician and even made sure we had water by the end of everything. Which he did not have to do. I would highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs. We will be calling them if we have any issues in the future. Pricing is also very reasonable.
