Excellent installation, but quite expensive. Five stars for the service, but four stars overall due to the cost. The technicians did a fantastic job installing my new water heater. However, paying over $2,500 for just new water heater feels steep. I am very happy with the quality of the work, but the high pricing makes me question if I would use this company again for future projects. Labor time was around 2 hours**

The company I had used in the past for my air conditioning unit couldn't even give me a courtesy call back. After 9 days of waiting, I decided to give Best-1 a call. I had an appointment the very next day. Chee, the service tech, was great and took the time to help, after a very long and hot day for him. He hung in there. A new motor was ordered and installed in a timely manner. I'll be sticking with this company. Best-1 has my future business. They were fantastic.

Lighting hit and 2 day later no water! They came out and replaced a $ 50.00 part and was here and said he needed parts ,he left and wasn't gone long enough to get to there shop, put part in and I turned on the brakes and it works. He was here for 20 minutes tops and I got billed $685.00. As far as I'm concerned they can come and get their part out and kick rocks!! I will go to Menards and get the part and put it in my self . This is price gouging and they get away with it.

Sump pump had to be replaced during an emergency. Plumber Josh did an excellent job in a timely manner. Too bad he works for crooks because when bill arrived 2 days later, it was at least twice what it should have been based on industry standards for emergency services in our area, after checking w/ other area plumbing services. Labor was twice the standard & new pump cost was marked up over three times the base cost. They had done a lot of work for me previously & had a good relationship w/ previous owners. Now has another new owner, who I couldn't even talk to because of fido admin who screens calls & collects bills. Will not be using them anymore, have to find another plumber who is more reasonable & fair w/ customers. Disgusted

I would not recommend them. We originally had trouble with the rough in portion for plumbing in a newly finished basement. The hot and cold were plumbed opposite for the shower. There was no communication between the receptionist and the plumber so we had to go back and forth multiple times about a part they were supposed to add on when they came back to finish up. When they finally gave us a price on the part, the plumber said a little over $100 and the receptionist said $188. They cracked a part on the shower head when installing and we didn’t find out until we first took a shower. They did offer to order and replace the part on the shower head, but it took a month for them to receive it and fix it after they stated it was only a week out. Overall, it was just a string of problems that will cause us to not utilize their services again or recommend them.
