Without her it’s much less likely that we would have won the bid on our home and been able to move/close as quickly as we did. Ann is extremely knowledgeable of the Orinda area. My husband and I were originally thinking about buying land to build on but I’m so happy we ended up talking to Ann. She was able to inform us of a lot of hidden costs that would come with the plots in our price range and helped us pivot to looking at some houses instead. We then put a bid on a house and unfortunately we were out bid by quite a bit. However, Ann kept us informed and updated through out the process and gave us the best shot for our budget. When we didn’t get that one she quickly got to work looking for other houses that met our needs. My wife and I were introduced to her many years ago and when we decided to make to move "through the tunnel" she was he first person we spoke to. Ann really knows the area well and she listened to what we liked / did not like and wanted to see. She was encouraged us to do our Zillow / Zip Realty homework and check out a lot of homes to really help us both streamline our process. Ann has a lot of great contacts in the area - mortgage brokers, contractors, etc - that really made the process easier. We went to many open houses without Ann and whenever we mentioned her name to the listing agent(s) we had nothing but positive comments and reviews - many have worked with Ann for 20 years!
