I purchased the service maintenance agreement where they come every 6 months Alex came out today and checked my heater to make sure it was working properly in preparation for winter. He was very thorough and checked that it was working properly. I definitely will stay with this company because they are very knowledgeable and give great service!

The entire Acadiana Comfort team was great to work with. The office was very responsive and friendly. Paul (Sales/Comfort Specialist) listened to my concerns, provided various options to address the issue, and was very knowledgeable about all things A/C. Finally, the Techs (Dustin and Eric) did a great job on the duct work replacement and were very friendly/professional. After having previously utilized a different local A/C company, I’m happy with the switch to these folks!

Installation of new A/C unit by Donnie, Logan and Cody went great this week. The guys were polite, professional and efficient despite the high temperatures in the attic. Answered all my questions all week long.Cody came to make damper adjustments to provide more cooling in our sunroom. He did not guest he measured air flows at registers throughout the house and then made the adjustments. Confirmed correct air flow and the house temperature and humidity is consistent throughout the house now. Cody does not guess he runs test to collect data and then determines the what needs to be done. Never had an A/C company to use the technology the way Acadiana Comfort does!!!Follow Up visit by Trevor today to install cover plate on outside unit. Very knowledgeable and professional. Patiently answered all my questions. Thanks!Had an issue arise late on Friday. Bruce came out and figured out the problem. Contacted a supplier to obtain the replacement part, returned and installed it Friday night!! Repair was covered under warranty. Great after hour service!!!
