I was impressed with the clear, concise communication. This company was quick to schedule a visit before other companies even returned my phone call. Alfredo is professional and honest. He’s the kind of person you hope to deal with when you have a pool emergency. I would recommend his services to anybody who finds themselves with pool plumbing issues.

Oscar and Alfredo are genuine guys, they explained everything in detail made sure we was all on the same page before any work commenced. My builder had us test the pool for a leak with 2 other companies which was money down the drain literally! Oscar/Alfredo took time to explain every detail to us, we felt very comfortable using these guys and would Highly recommend if you are ever in need of honest reliable leak detectors.

Alfredo is a leak detective. He did an excellent job finding where I was losing water. He repaired it along with a few other things that needed fixing. He is extremely responsive to any questions I had along the way. If you are losing water unexpectedly, I highly recommend this company. Efficient and cleaned up after themselves.

We needed a leak test performed on the same day we called. They came through, on time, followed up, and delivered the results in a report on the same day.

I cannot recommend Level Up Leak Detection highly enough! From my very first inquiry, Alfredo and his team stood out for their incredible responsiveness and top-tier professionalism. They replied quickly to my initial request for information, explaining their services in thorough detail and mapping out exactly what the inspection would cover and how long it would take. They scheduled the inspection promptly and identified multiple leaks, all of which were clearly and fully explained to me. Within 24 hours of completing the check, a highly detailed report was emailed over with a transparent quote to repair each individual item. I appreciated that they gave me ample time to review the document and even scheduled a follow-up phone call to answer any questions I had. Their clarity gave me so much confidence that I even shared the report with a trusted friend in the pool cleaning business, who confirmed their findings were spot on.Upon agreeing to the necessary repairs—one of which was quite extensive—Alfredo scheduled the work immediately. He performed a complete rebuild of my skimmer intake and line, completing the entire job within just three days so that I could have use of my pool again quickly. The results have been perfect. The pool water level has held completely steady, completely fixing a severe leak that was draining two inches of water a day. Furthermore, our pool equipment is running better than it has in a couple of years because Alfredo caught and repaired an old line that had never been properly sealed when the pool was originally built. There are plenty of companies out there that leave you with a level of uncertainty regarding their knowledge and professionalism, but Alfredo and his team are not those people. They are detailed, courteous, and exceptionally skilled. If you need pool leak detection or repair, look no further than Level Up Leak Detection!

I saw an add from Level Up online advertising leak detection. I have been noticing that we were putting more water than normal into our pool. Also our pool is 15 years old so I figured I’d schedule a call back online. The very next morning I received a call from Alfredo. He was very nice, and he explained the process, gave me a fair price to come out to do a no obligation pool inspection. The Level Up team came out with all the impressive equipment and experience and did a full analysis on my pool and spa. I received a great report of their findings then we discussed options to remedy the problem. Alfredo came back quickly with a good price to fix everything. Bottom line is I was very impressed and would recommend Level Up Leak Detection to any one with a pool that needs to be inspected and/or repaired!

The technician arrived promptly and worked throughly and diligently to determine the cause of the pool's slow leak. He triple checked the findings of the acoustic and pressure tests. He employed thermal imaging, camera, and dye. I am confident in the ability of Level Up and Alfredo to diagnose any pool leak problems.

Wow. Wow. Wow. I definitely recommend Level Up Leak Detection to anyone who needs to find and repair a pool leak. I had five star service from the minute I called. Alfredo is personable, knowledgeable, honest and customer service oriented. I had one company who couldn’t find the leak then just stopped communicating with us. I called a different company who said the amount of water loss was so minor he wouldn’t take the job because he “probably would not be able to find a leak so small.”Then I called Level Up Leak Detection. I had an appointment scheduled within a day and after a second visit the leak was located and fixed. It was a tiny leak in an obscure place (in pool umbrella stand)…and Alfredo was committed on finding it.I couldn’t be happier with this company. Don’t bother with anyone else… CALL ALFREDO AT LEVEL UP LEAK DETECTION!!!
