Fast and efficient, really helpful in discussing pros and cons of different options, has done a range of different jobs for us from diagnosing and fixing an elderly boiler fault, to boiler servicing and advising on best current heating options, to fitting electric shower to sorting out removal of a faulty macerating toilet and re-routing and capping off redundant plumbing and waste pipes. Left property extremely clean and tidy afterwards. Would definitely recommend.

Luke came out and adapted my under sink plumbing to a better and safer stop tap than what we had and also changed some plumbing in our utility so we could have our washing machine in there wich was previously impossible he was quick and tidy very happy with his services

Booked in to get our boiler serviced. I got clear and good communication from Luke on what service I was getting and between what time. On the day I received a text to let me know they were on the way.Luke was friendly and efficient. He gave us clear feedback and we received our certificate and breakdown of what was checked within a couple of hours of the service. I’ll be reaching out again when needed.

Luke recently came out to fix a leak for us. He was really quick coming out and carried out the job efficiently with no fuss! Absolute life saver. He also fitted our boiler and underfloor heating a few years ago to the highest standard. Really happy with all service received!
