We had a mold problem that was going to require remediation and the replacement of an area of ceiling. We contacted Parnell to see if he could give us an estimate of what it would cost to fix our problem and explain exactly what was going to need to be done. We met with him in person the next day and he took a good look at everything that needed to be done and told us that he would get back to us with a number.A day later he got back to us. He gave us a fair estimate and then explained the time frame that it would take to do all of the work to take care of our mold issue. When it came time for the work to be done, he and his team were on time, professional and did exactly what they said they were going to do. There was no wasted time or effort, and the job was done, on time, exactly the way we were told it was going to be done.He was in constant communication with us the whole time, and if we had any questions, we got precise and detailed answers, and those answers were backed up with actions that matched.I hope that we never have another mold issue that needs to be dealt with, but if we do, I only need to make one phone call to Parnell and I know that I do not have to worry about anything after that. Absolutely first-rate job and I could not be happier with the results.

We wanted to refinance our HELOC to a fixed rate mortgage. But, since the inspector found water stains from some old damage to the house, the underwriter required that we go through a mold removal process. Parnell is the one that the loan company recommended. I got a few other quotes but his was the lowest and most straightforward. Some of the other companies talked about replacing walls, etc., which was beyond what we needed for this project. Parnell explained the steps that were needed and referred us to the company that would need to do the second step (clean and sanitize the ducts). Encapsulation of the crawl space wasn’t part of the requirements from the underwriter, but Parnell was able to add it to his quote and still beat the other companies. They did a great job and came back to fix a duct that had been knocked loose. When the job was finished, Parnell was also very flexible about providing what the underwriter needed. The letter had to be worded a specific way, and he was happy to sign the version that our loan processor wrote up.
