Very nice care

My husband received first-rate care here after a cycling accident. From the moment we arrived, the team were friendly, efficient and professional — from reception through to nursing care (Emily was wonderful) and the doctor who assessed him and referred us promptly to the main hospital for surgery.The clinic was bright, spacious, modern and calm, which really put us at ease. X-rays were done quickly at the on-site/adjacent imaging service, making the whole process very easy and well-coordinated. ServicesWe were visitors from the UK and completely unfamiliar with the NZ health system, but the staff helped us navigate everything with patience and clarity — which made a huge difference in a stressful situation.There was plenty of easy, free parking right outside the clinic, which was so convenient. All areas of the visit — reception, nursing and medical — were excellent, and we felt very well cared for throughout.Highly recommended.

Brilliant service. Broke my wrist playing tennis last night. Went in early when they opened.Staff were amazing from reception to doctor to nurses.Josh needs big shout out as a wonderful human and nurse. Gave me a great cast. VERY impressed with overalll professionalism. Super great to have Xrays available next door also.Keep going team.. Don't worry about the negative. You guys rock!Tim

Everyone was as great as I imagine these places can be considering the conditions. Excellent from car Park,reception, triage nurse, doctor, nurse giving injection... All were very knowledgeable, speedy as possible whilst remaining VERY kind, thorough and empathetic. Thanks so much!

Very friendly nurses, doctors and receptionists. Wait time hasn't been long. We had been here for accident and medical. Wait time before being seen have both been less than half an hour.Nurses and doctors been in to checks both time whilst in observations.

First went three months ago with two broken bones lovely docter nurses angels, atmosphere vibes friendly( even if temperature little chilly!) .went again today same atmosphere lovely staff as previous docter Dr Rachel very open minded knowledgableand listened no rush , felt cared for and reassured. Thanks so much for having such a facility in such a rushed medical society we have today

Although it was a long wait (3hrs) and expensive ($195) I'm glad we went, the service was great and the doctor (Rachel) was fantastic and was very thorough

Big big thank you to the team at Shorecare Greville Road for their exceptional care this evening. We had such a positive experience despite a slightly traumatic and stressful night.Nurse Mark was absolutely incredible with my 4 year old daughter; She’s already asked if she can come back to visit him another day. He was thorough with his assessment, kind, and best of all- hilariously silly. His student Emma was also lovely. Doctor Pascal was patient and kind too, taking the time to listen to a 4 year olds stories and to explain her X-ray to her. Judy the radiographer was great, and the reception team were very friendly.Thank you all so much for your help and your kindness- it makes such a difference!

I have been here twice and received the most amazing care both times. The nurses and doctors listened and responded to all my needs and explained the treatment options in depth.

Experienced amazing care from the team today from reception and triage team as well as Dr Munro. I have severe back pain caused from an injury a few weeks ago and the care provided by the whole team made me feel at ease. I was seen to promptly and was given a bed to lay down on in a room as I was to uncomfortable to stand or sit down on a chair. The nurses checked in on me regularly and everyone took their time with me and made me feel listened to and truly cared for even though I could tell how busy you all were. I truly appreciate everyone for the care provided today ♥️ thank you so much xx
