Visiting friends in the area and needed a gym for the week. Found this one googling, “Gyms near me.” Upon arrival, was met by the owner…he was friendly and informative, gave me a quick tour, and said to let any staff know if I needed anything.The gym was very clean, well equipped, and had a great vibe. Will use again when in the area.

I enjoy circuit training classes at Rising Tide. The group trainer comes up with creative skill based routines. Trainer is knowledgeable and encouraging.

Love this place a real welcome feeling from the beginning . The staff and trainers are awesome and patient. The fit over fifty class is three times a week and always welcome newbies to join the fun and it’s free to member! Britt’s classes Rock always a great workout and an amazing trainer as well.

I love going there. The staff are nice and they have shower, sauna that i need. Place is nice. & clean. Been a member for almost 10 years now.
