Once you walk in, your greeted with friendly staff, clean environment, and great atmosphere. The gym is not enormous however that is offset with the great attitude, hardly ever having to wait to use equipment and flexibility of the membership. Extremely military friendly and another bonus is some of the proceeds going to support veterans and active duty. Highly recommend and I will definitely be going here as much as I can!

Love this place a real welcome feeling from the beginning . The staff and trainers are awesome and patient. The fit over fifty class is three times a week and always welcome newbies to join the fun and it’s free to member! Britt’s classes Rock always a great workout and an amazing trainer as well.

The staff member who helped me was extremely friendly. I only went for a day pass, but anytime I come back to Hampstead that is definitely the gym I’m going to. They had everything you could need in a gym even some stuff that for me is an experienced weight trainer hadn’t seen before so I give it five stars and I recommend it to anybody in the area anybody that’s traveling very happy with my experience

Best place to workout in hampstead, with reasonable membership fees. There's an area for babies to play while parents workout, and they allow older kids to workout for free, with parental supervision of course. It provides a family friendly atmosphere, no intimidating gym Bros...🤣. Punching bags and tractor tires are also available for you MMA enthusiasts... 🤣...

Not clean. People that come in at night are rude. They leave all the plates on the equipment I’ve seen the leg press have up to 10 plates on it. Kettlebells dumbbells plates all over the floor. Truly a mess
